Subject: Powerpack NV - response to the spread of the coronavirus SARS‑CoV‑2 (COVID‑19) Dear Sir Dear Ms, Powerpack NV closely monitors the situation with regard to the spread of the coronavirus SARS‑CoV‑2 (COVID‑19) and therefore complies with the recommendations of the authorities and scientists. We took the situation seriously and thus we have taken the necessary preventive measures to ensure that the risk of coronavirus transmission within the company could not occur. In doing so, we want to assume our responsibility towards our employees, our customers and our business partners. We have decided to limit the company visits in Beerse to what is strictly necessary. These visits must be agreed in advance. Visits to our customers are postponed until further notice. Our employees are all available by telephone and/or e-mail and we would therefore like to ask you to contact them this way only. To this day, the delivery times of our products remain unchanged. Today, we also have no concerns about the availability of raw materials and supplies. This means we are continuing to produce. However, we would like to point out that these circumstances can change rapidly, precisely because of the unpredictability of the expansion of the coronavirus and the measures that can be imposed by the government. Our suppliers, with whom we are in daily contact, constantly monitor the market situation and they will notify us of any changes. In turn, we shall also inform you of any important changes. We thank you for your understanding. Keep safe!
